Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Number 1 Solutions' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services

Number 1 Solutions provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Web design and development
• Digital marketing and PPC management
• Social media marketing
• Mobile app development
• Business automation solutions
• Video production services
• Public relations and brand management

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Services may be suspended for non-payment.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Number 1 Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, specified rights will be transferred to the client as outlined in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Number 1 Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
